Kroger week of 4/6-4/12

Can you guess how much all these groceries cost me?

Thanks to the grocerygame.com it only cost me $61.40 before tax!!

I can't believe how much stuff I got, 4 -1/2 gallons of milk, ice cream, ground beef, four packets of chicken breasts, large package of pork chops, 2 boxes of cereal, grapes, etc. etc.

I had many coupons from the Sunday paper. The grocery game has helped me so much because I don't have to figure out my own deals she does it for me!! You can try it out for only $1 for 4 weeks!!

Check out the website and if you decide to sign up please put me down for a referral kidsfair@yahoo.com

**Tips**

I learned this week, Kroger sells the Sunday paper after Sunday for $1.00. I was able to pick up two more on Tuesday.

At the Kroger by my house we have a gas pump, well, because of all my weekly shopping trips not only am I saving money on my groceries but I am getting .10 cents off per gallon. So my gas this week cost $3.15 a gallon instead of $3.25 a gallon. I saw it at Sam's this week for $3.18 a gallon.

I have only been couponing for a month and I just see the savings stacking up. It is so much fun and very rewarding!

Have fun shopping.

Good for you Megan. That is awsome! Thanks for the tip. Here we can't just buy the Sunday paper, we have to by either the full week or weekend. It's nice to know I can get from Kroger.

Good girl,

I too love the grocery game, however you will soon find that you will be able to predict what is going to be on the list. Then you know you have mastered all that is coupon.

Yea, I usually get 3 papers on Sunday and then whoever I know who doesn't do coupons and then if I want more I will just order them.

I too have only been at this a month and get so excited when I bring home the receipt to show everyone- I usually have to make at least 3 calls to tell family.

I tried the grocery game but wasn't that happy about it. What are your 3 stores? See the 3 stores on my list were Hyvee (which was a good one), CVS, & Walgreens.....the last 2 I can find deals from blogs. I don't know maybe I missed something. I wish they had other grocery stores in my area, then it would be worth it.

Yea, I'm all about some digital scrapbooking so thats how I made the blog...and thanks!

Yea, I'm a little addicted and I would be even happier if the grocery game carried more of my stores :(

WOW! That is impressive. I live on an island, so I have to shop on the day that I happen to be off the island... Sadly, finding deals just can't be part of my shopping day. Luckily, I can live vicariously through you!
